Ingredients

  • LUNTER Wok&Bowl Tofu Spicy
  • small romaine lettuce
  • 100 g white cabbage
  • 100 g red cabbage
  • 1 stalk celery

Sweet & sour sauce

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cm fresh ginger
  • 70 g tomato puree
  • 225 g canned pineapple (for pineapple juice)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp (rice) vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

Separate the leaves of the romaine lettuce and rinse them.

Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Finely chop the celery stalk.

Fry the Wok&Bowl Tofu Spicy in a frying pan or in a hot air fryer until crispy. If necessary, add salt and pepper to taste.

While the tofu is frying, prepare the sauce. Fry the finely chopped garlic and ginger in a little oil. Add the tomato puree, pineapple juice from the can and a little sugar. Mix and cook briefly.

Arrange the prepared vegetables and tofu on the salad leaves. Serve with the sweet & sour sauce. You can sprinkle with sesame seeds or spring onions. Enjoy!
