Ingredients

Marinade

  • 22 g granulated sugar (2 tbsp)
  • 110 ml soy sauce
  • 8 g cornstarch (1 heaped tsp)
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tsp ground caraway seeds
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin

 

Lunter Sticky Bowl

  • Prepared marinade
  • 400 g Lunter Natural Tofu
  • 250 g rice
  • 150 g edamame
  • 2 spring onions (scallions)

 

Instructions

Whisk all ingredients together until well combined.

Bring to a boil while stirring continuously. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, until the marinade thickens slightly.

Let it cool completely.

Cut the tofu into cubes and toss with the cooled marinade.

Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Cook the rice according to your preference.

Slice the spring onions into thin strips.

Blanch the edamame.

Cook the marinated tofu cubes in a pan until golden brown on all sides.
