Ingredients

  • 4 slices of rustic bread (z původních 10)

  • 1,2–1¼ ripe avocados (z 3)

  • 100 g LUNTER Crackling spread (z 250 g)

  • 1–1¼ small radishes, thinly sliced (z 3)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice (z 2 ½ tsp ≈ 1 tsp)

  • fresh blackberries for garnish (adjust as needed)

  • salt & black pepper to taste

  • microgreens or fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Spread a layer of Crackling spread on each toast.

Place a small spoonful of mashed avocado over the salmon.

Garnish with thinly sliced radish, a blackberry, and microgreens.
