Ingredients

100 g LUNTER Crackling spread (z 250 g)

1–1¼ small radishes, thinly sliced (z 3)

1 tsp lemon juice (z 2 ½ tsp ≈ 1 tsp)

fresh blackberries for garnish (adjust as needed)

Instructions

Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Spread a layer of Crackling spread on each toast.

Place a small spoonful of mashed avocado over the salmon.
