Ingredients

  • 350 g LUNTER Marinated Tofu Soy Sauce
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2–3 gherkins, thin strips
  • 6 mushrooms, thin slices
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder (sweet)
  • 120 ml white wine
  • 250 ml stock
  • 100 g LUNTER Creme de Tofu
  • 1/2 tbsp mustard
  • 40 ml brandy
  • salt, pepper

Instructions

Cut the tofu into strips and bake in the oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes.

Sauté the onion until translucent. Add the gherkins and mushrooms and sauté until the water has evaporated.

Add the paprika powder and sauté briefly. Add the white wine and reduce. Add the broth.

Now add the warm tofu and let the sauce boil down for about 5 minutes.

Add Creme de Tofu, mustard and brandy, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil only briefly
