  • 1 LUNTER Natural Tofu
  • fresh strawberries
  • cornflakes/granola/crushed cookies
  • lemon juice
  • 200g plant-based yogurt
  • agave syrup/maple syrup/honey
  • almonds
  • mint leaves

Instructions

In a blender, add the tofu, plant-based yogurt, sweetener of choice, and lemon juice, and blend until smooth.

In jars, layer the cornflakes, cream, and strawberries. Repeat until the jar is filled. Top with toasted almond flakes and mint leaves for garnish.
