Ingredients
Salad
- 1 LUNTER Marinated tofu Soy Sauce
- 100 g quinoa
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- ½ cucumber
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- a handful of walnuts
- a handful of parsley
Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
- ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

Cook the quinoa in twice the amount of water.

Toast the walnuts briefly in a dry pan.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the cucumber.

In a large bowl, combine the cooled quinoa, vegetables, walnuts, parsley, sesame seeds, and crumble the tofu.

Season with olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, and salt. Mix well and serve immediately.
