Ingredients

  •  600 g LUNTER Paté de Tofu Herbs

Pear chutney

  • 2 medium pears
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 cloves
  • 50 g cane sugar
  • 1/4 tsp coarse salt
  • 7 cl red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom

Nut covering

  • 50 g cashew nuts
  • 20 g pine nuts
  • 50 g walnuts

Instructions

Form small balls of the Paté de Tofu with a diameter of approximately 1 cm.

Chop the nuts and coat the balls in the mixture.

Prepare the pear chutney: finely chop the onion and garlic and brown in a tablespoon of oil until golden brown.

Add the pears cut into small cubes and 1 tablespoon of cane sugar, let them caramelize. Then add the other spices and lemon juice.

Pour over the wine vinegar and season with salt. Let the water evaporate slowly until the chutney reaches the desired consistency. Serve with a baguette.
