Ingredients

  • 1 LUNTER Natural Tofu
  • ground black pepper
  • olive oil, soy sauce
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 250g baby spinach
  • 400ml plant-based cooking cream
  • salt

Instructions

Cut the tofu into halves and then into triangles. Arrange them on a baking sheet and brush with soy sauce. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic.

Pour in the cream, add salt and pepper, then add the fresh spinach. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens.

Serve the sauce with the baked tofu.
