Ingredients
- 2 LUNTER Salad tofu Basil
- 2 pizza doughs (semi-finished product)
- 4 tbs tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves
- dried oregano
- 2 tbs olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 4 tomatoes
- 100 g mozzarella
- thyme sprigs
- basil for garnish

Instructions
Roll out the dough into two circles and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the tomato paste with crushed garlic, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture on the dough, then place the sliced tomatoes on top.
Tear the mozzarella into pieces and scatter it along with the tofu cubes over the pizza.
Garnish with thyme sprigs.
Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 12 to 15 minutes.
Once baked, garnish with basil leaves and serve.
