Ingredients
- 800 g baby potatoes or new potatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme
- 1/2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- 8 LUNTER Tofu Sausages Spicy, sliced
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200 °C.
Place the halved or quartered potatoes in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil and toss them to coat evenly.
Sprinkle with dried rosemary, garlic, paprika powder, salt, and black pepper, and toss again to evenly distribute the seasoning.
Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Heat a little olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the tofu sausages and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Once the potatoes are done roasting, remove them from the oven.
Serve the roasted potatoes alongside the crispy tofu sausages.
Garnish with fresh herbs such as parsley or chives.
