Ingredients
- 180 g LUNTER Marinated tofu Seafoo
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 160 g cooked sushi rice
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 rice paper wrappers
- 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 1 small carrot, julienned
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4-6 lettuce leaves
- 2 wakame leaves
For Dipping Sauce:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Add tofu strips and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Pan-fry tofu in a non-stick pan for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside.
Mix cooked rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it cool.
Fill a large shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper sheet in water for 5-10 seconds until soft. Lay it flat on a clean surface.
Place a lettuce leaf in the centre.
Add a thin layer of rice, then tofu, cucumber, carrot, avocado, and sesame seeds.
Fold the sides in and roll tightly like a burrito.
Use a sharp knife to slice rolls in half.
Serve with dipping sauce.
