Ingredients
- 400 g LUNTER Smoked Tofu
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garlic, minced
- ½ tbsp onion, finely sliced
- ½ tsp oregano
- chilli flakes
- salt & pepper to taste
- 4 wraps
- salad
- red onion
- tomato
- cucumber
- fresh herbs
- lemon

Instructions
Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes to get rid of any excess liquid.
Tear into small strips with a peeler.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, olive oil, tomato puree, paprika powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and chilli.
Add the tofu and mix well.
Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the marinated tofu over a medium to high heat until golden brown.
Chop all the veggies.
Briefly heat the wraps in the oven, if necessary, brush the inside with the sauce of your preference, fill with the veggies and the tofu and fold over.
