  • 1 LUNTER Smoked tofu
  • jalapeños
  • cherry tomatoes
  • BBQ sauce
  • lamb’s lettuce
  • vegan mayo

Instructions

Grill the Smoked Tofu whole, then crumble it with your hands into a bowl. Add the barbecue sauce and mix well.

Hollow out the hot dog buns, spread vegan mayo inside, and add lamb’s lettuce leaves.

Top with the grilled tofu, jalapeños, and cherry tomatoes.

Finally, sprinkle fried onions on top, or you can prepare caramelized onions as well.
