Ingredients
- 1 LUNTER Marinated tofu Teriyaki
- vegan mayo
- salsa / ketchup
- vegan cheese
- tomato
- lettuce (Lollo or iceberg)
- arugula
- pickles
- red onion

Instructions

We slice the tofu lengthwise into two pieces and grill them on both sides. Once grilled, we place a slice of cheese on top and let it melt. We also toast the bun on the grill for a short while.

When the bun is toasted, we spread it with mayonnaise and add salsa or ketchup. Then, we layer on lettuce, tomato, red onion, tofu, arugula, and pickles.

We close the bun and serve it on its own or with a side of salad, grilled potatoes, or fries.
