Ingredients
- 330 g LUNTER Marinated tofu Teriyaki
- 10 ml vegetable oil
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 5 g cornstarch
- 15 g brown sugar
- 2 g fresh ginger
- garlic

Instructions

Slice the tofu into approximately 0.5 cm thick pieces and pan-fry them in oil until golden brown on both sides.

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic.

Pour the sauce directly into the pan over the tofu, stir briefly to coat the tofu evenly, and serve with rice.
