Ingredients
- 8 slices white or whole wheat sandwich bread
- 200 g Lunter Seafoo spread
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 40 g capers, drained
- 80 g pickles, sliced
- 100 g fresh rucola or mixed greens

Instructions
In a small bowl until smooth.
Spread the cream evenly on one side of each bread slice.
Layer with rucola, sliced red onion, capers, and pickles.
Top with another slice of bread to form a sandwich.
Spread a little oil on the outer sides of the sandwiches and heat on a grill pan on medium heat.
Grill for about 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown with visible grill marks.
Cut each sandwich diagonally into triangles.
