Ingredients
- 900 g LUNTER Natural Tofu
- 680 g chocolate chips, semisweet
- 237 ml maple syrup
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 225 g LUNTER Creme de Tofu

Instructions

Melt chocolate chips in a heat safe bowl in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until fully melted.

Add melted chocolate, vanilla extract, silken tofu, and maple syrup to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Transfer mousse to a mixing bowl and gently fold in the Creme de Tofu. Don’t over mix, otherwise it will deflate the mousse.

Serve garnished with fresh fruit and mint.
