Ingredients
- 1 LUNTER Natural Tofu
- 2 garlic cloves, salt
- black pepper, oregano
- 150g buckwheat
- 100g nutritional yeast
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 100ml plant-based milk
- 2 LUNTER Quick Creations Tofu No-egg Breakfast

Instructions

Crumble the tofu and add garlic, black pepper, salt, and oregano.

Add the pre-cooked buckwheat along with the nutritional yeast and breadcrumbs to the mixture. Pour in the plant-based milk and mix well.

Spread the thick mixture evenly onto baking paper.

Spread the LUNTER Quick Creations Tofu No-egg Breakfast on top and roll everything up using the paper.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes at 180°C. Serve with mashed potatoes and a salad.
