Ingredients

Dough

  • 250g semi-coarse spelt flour
  • 120ml water
  • 50ml olive oil

Filling

  • 1 LUNTER Smoked Tofu
  • 1 LUNTER Creme de Tofu Natural
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chives and thyme

Instructions

In a bowl, mix the flour, oil, water, and salt. Knead into a smooth dough and place it in the refrigerator.

Divide the tofu in half. Cut one half into cubes. Crumble the other half and mix it with the soy cream. Add salt, black pepper, chives, and thyme to the mixture. Stir well.

 Roll the dough thin, cut out circles, fill them with the tofu mixture, and seal the edges.

Sauté the chopped onion and remaining tofu in a pan. Boil the dumplings in water for 5-7 minutes.

Serve with the sautéed onion, tofu, and fresh herbs.
