Ingredients

  • 1 LUNTER Salad tofu Basil
  • 1 can of peeled tomatoes
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • fresh basil leaves
  • chili pepper
  • spices
  • salt
  • 2 tbs of olive oil

Instructions

In oil, sauté finely chopped onion and garlic.

Add the peeled tomatoes and tomato paste. Add a little water and the thyme.

Season with salt, pepper, and ground chili to taste. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.

Then, remove the thyme from the soup and blend it until smooth. Before serving, garnish with basil and sliced tofu.
