Ingredients
- 1 LUNTER Marinated tofu Seafoo
- 1 onion
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 50 g plant-based butter
- 1 tsp black pepper and lemon zest blend
- 1 tsp dried onion
Dip
- 150 g plant-based sour cream or yogurt
- 1 tbsp plant-based mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped dill
- 1/4 tsp dried garlic
- black pepper
- salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220°C and place the LUNTER TOFU MARINATED SEAFOO with butter, chopped onion, lemon, and spice blend in the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the tasty dip and serve it alongside the baked tofu.

Serve with your favourite roasted vegetables, salad, or boiled potatoes.
