Ingredients

  • 1 LUNTER Marinated tofu Seafoo
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 50 g plant-based butter
  • 1 tsp black pepper and lemon zest blend
  • 1 tsp dried onion

Dip

  • 150 g plant-based sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 tbsp plant-based mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped dill
  • 1/4 tsp dried garlic
  • black pepper
  • salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220°C and place the LUNTER TOFU MARINATED SEAFOO with butter, chopped onion, lemon, and spice blend in the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the tasty dip and serve it alongside the baked tofu.
