Ingredients
- 1 LUNTER Marinated tofu Soy Sauce
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 1 onion
- 230 g red beans
- 160 g crushed tomatoes
- 160 g corn
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 180 g plant-based yogurt
- 30 ml olive oil
- oregano and thyme to taste

Instructions
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Mash the tofu with a fork. In a pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and tofu in olive oil.
Add the crushed tomatoes, beans, corn, and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Mix the yogurt with finely chopped herbs and season with salt. On the bottom of each tortilla wrap, place a spoonful of yogurt, add the tofu mixture, and roll them up.
Place the tortilla wraps in a greased baking dish and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Serve with the remaining yogurt dressing.
