Składniki
Noodles
- 1 LUNTER Smoked Tofu
- 150g rice noodles
- vegetables of your choice
- 2 tbsp oil
Dressing
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp dried garlic
- 1/4 tsp dried ginger
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- chili to taste
Toppings
- peanuts
- spring onions
- sesame seeds

Instrukcje
Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions, then rinse with cold water.
Cut the tofu into cubes and chop the vegetables to your liking. In a pan, heat oil and sauté the smoked tofu until it’s nicely browned.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry together until they are partially soft.
In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing, then add it to the pan. Once the mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat and add the noodles, mixing everything thoroughly.
Serve topped with spring onions, peanuts, and sesame seeds.
Finally, drizzle with your favorite chili sauce. Enjoy!
