Ingredients

  • 1 LUNTER Marinated tofu Sweet Chilli
  • tortilla wraps or arabic bread  (according to preference)
  • asrugula
  • cherry tomatoes
  • cucumber

Salsa

  • 300g canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 30g fresh basil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil

Instructions

We can grill the tofu whole and then tear it into larger pieces, or we can tear it into larger pieces first and grill them separately. If we choose the second method, the tofu will be crunchier.

We toast the wrap or Arabic bread on both sides.

On the toasted flatbread, we spread salsa, add vegetables, and our grilled tofu, then we can wrap it up.

For chili lovers, we can sprinkle fresh chili peppers on top and serve the wraps with lime or even mint for a refreshing touch.

In a hot pan, add olive oil and finely chopped onion. When it turns translucent, add garlic.

Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and chopped basil.
