Ingredients
- 1 LUNTER Marinated tofu Sweet Chilli
- coriander
- store-bought or homemade salsa
- red onion
- avocado
Homemade salsa
- 300g canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 30g fresh basil
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil
Dressing
- plant-based soy or coconut yogurt or cream
- crushed garlic
- salt
- pepper
- lemon juice
- a bit of olive oil

Instructions
Tear the tofu into larger pieces or cut it into cubes and place it on the grill. Slice the red onion into thin strips.
Grill the taco wraps on the grill or in a dry pan.
Spread the salsa and dressing on the grilled wraps, then add the tofu, avocado, onion, and coriander leaves. Serve with lime and optionally with chili.
In a hot pan, add olive oil and finely chopped onion. When it turns translucent, add garlic.
Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and chopped basil.
Let everything simmer together for a while and let it cool down before serving.
