Składniki

Tofu

  • 2 LUNTER Natural Tofu
  • cornstarch
  • salt
  • oil
  • edamame
  • spring onions
  • sesame seeds

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch,
  • 80ml water
  • 50ml soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 250ml orange juice
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar or agave
  • 1 tsp dried ginger
  • 1 tsp dried garlic

Cut the tofu into cubes, dry it, season with salt, and coat it in cornstarch. Then fry it in a wok pan with oil.

For the sauce, combine all ingredients (except water and cornstarch) in a pot. Mix the water and cornstarch separately. Bring the sauce to a boil, then add the cornstarch mixture while stirring constantly until it thickens. Add the fried tofu and mix well.

Briefly cook the edamame.

Serve with rice on the bottom of a plate, top with the orange tofu, edamame, sesame seeds, and spring onions, then serve. Enjoy! ????
