This quick treat is fabulous in every way – tastes great, looks great, is good for digestion, and super easy to prepare.  This dessert contains no milk proteins.

Quick treat – dessert in a cup

Instead of sugar with vanilla, you can use only vanilla essence.  Sugar can be substituted by a healthier kind of sweetener.  Of course, you can use any other soft fruit that you have a taste for instead of raspberries. Just a few ingredients and this super quick treat can be prepared throughout the whole year. 

What you need: Directions:
  • 200 g oatmeal
  • 8 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 20 g vanilla sugar
  • 50 g raspberries for decoration

For the cream:

  • 350 g raspberries (or other berries)
  • 180 g natural tofu
  • 20 g vanilla sugar (or vanilla essence and other sweeteners)
  • 1 whole organic lemon = zest and juice
  • 100 ml LUNTER soy drink
  1. Mix ingredients: oats, coconut oil, honey, vanilla sugar, and spread evenly onto a baking sheet.  Bake at 180 ͦC 15 min. till golden
  2. Juice and zest the lemon.  Add to a blender with all the ingredients for the cream.
  3. In a cup, layer alternating oatmeal, fruit, cream and repeat until the cup is full.
  4. If you are making this dessert in the summer, we recommend putting it in the refrigerator.
